Ordering Information and Warranty 
Where to order: Payment Terms: Domestic payment terms are Net 30 days with approved credit. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Card is charged at the time of shipment. C.O.D. orders are accepted for domestic shipments only. Some orders may require prepayment or progress payments. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on past due accounts. Discounts may be withdrawn on past due accounts. International orders require payment in advance by bank draft drawn on a US bank, wire transfer, or credit card (see above). Confirmed irrevocable letter of credit may be accepted for some orders. Payment amount must include all applicable charges, including freight, export documentation, and banking charges. Please contact NovaLynx for instructions prior to arranging any payment Minimum Order: No minimum purchase is required, however NovaLynx charges $5.00 minimum shipping ($11.00 minimum for C.O.D. orders). Pricing: All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include freight, installation, installation assistance, or any federal, state, or local taxes. Orders shipped to a California address or received by a customer at our factory may be subject to California sales tax. Applicable taxes will be added as a separate item on the purchaser's invoice unless a valid exemption, California resale certificate, or direct payment permit is provided to NovaLynx prior to shipment. Any certification and/or inspection specifications which are in addition to the usual NovaLynx quality control procedures may be subject to an additional charge. Export shipments may incur additional charges for export documentation and/or export packing. |
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Discounts: Discounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Qualification for discounts will be at the sole discretion of NovaLynx. Quantity discounts apply to number of units in a single purchase order. Blanket orders for a specific number of units over a specific term will be considered. Shipping: Unless specific instructions accompany the order, we will use our judgement as to the best method of shipment. Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Special arrangements can be made for other carriers. All shipments are F.O.B. Auburn, California. Title and risk of loss will pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the freight carrier. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation and insurance charges. Shipping containers are not returnable. Returns: Please call NovaLynx to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions prior to returning products to the factory. Unused products may be returned within 90 days from date of purchase only with prior authorization and must be resalable as new. A 15% restocking fee may be charged. Sensors and cables with customer specified lengths carry a minimum restocking fee of $50.00 per probe. Products that may not be returned include: specially modified versions of our standard hardware and software; obsolete products; non-standard products obtained as a service to the customer. Warranty: NovaLynx Corporation warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment from factory. NovaLynx's obligations under this warranty are limited to, at NovaLynx's option: (i) replacing; or (ii) repairing; any products determined to be defective. In no case shall NovaLynx's liability exceed product's original purchase price. This warranty does not apply to any equipment that has been repaired or altered, except by NovaLynx, or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.
