Letter of Credit Issuance Instructions

Please instruct your bank to open an irrevocable letter of credit in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

All bank charges (including commissions and discount charges) are for the account of the buyer.

Expiry date: 8 months from issuance of L/C.

Payment is due upon shipment of merchandise. Partial payments must be permitted for partial shipments. Documents must be presented to the negotiating bank within 10 days after date of shipment. Payment must be made upon presentation of documents.

Letter of credit must be reimbursable with Wells Fargo Bank, or must be reimbursable on another U.S. bank by telegraphic transfer.

Shipment will be effected after we receive a letter of credit satisfactory to us. If you are unable to comply with any of the preceding terms, please advise immediately. Any deviation from the above terms without our agreement will result in delay of the shipment covered by this letter of credit. Please fax a copy of letter of credit application for approval before issuance.
