Unless specific instructions accompany the order, we will use our judgement as to the best method of shipment. Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Special arrangements can be made for other carriers. All shipments are F.O.B. Grass Valley, California. Title and risk of loss will pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the freight carrier. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation and insurance charges. Shipping containers are not returnable.
The shipping charges provided by our website shopping cart are estimated based on the individual items in your order. If you are in the United States and have ordered more than one item, the actual shipping charge will sometimes be less that the amount quoted. If we have overcharged you for shipping, we will refund the difference after your order is shipped. If the actual shipping charge is higher than the amount quoted, we will contact you before shipping your order.
